CABE gurus,

Saw this hanging in one of my brothers buildings, talked him out of it.
I know its a Schwinn but unclear the year and type. Any direction would be appreciated.
Missing a lot of parts and some were added. The rack is half of a Ford Model T running board.
New direction rear hub. Most of its seized up. Forks bent back. Disassembling tonight .

Pulled crank out, has a 36 on it. 1936?

I would say it's a 36 with the crank backing that up. 36 was the last year with letter and 4 digits in the serial numbers.
