Might have a New York look, with those oval shaped chain stays at the bottom bracket crank hanger?
Resembles pictures in the 1923 catalog, (left hand side/even page).
Seat/chain stay/bridge photos and serial number image as well would tie it down perhaps? Below is one close with a different fork seen here awhile back but never ID'd...could be early Westfield?

I have come to understand that Snyder started in 1914 using a letter before the serial beginning with A. The H seen in this pic from the prevous post would thus be for 1921. The 8 digit matches the font of the 8 in the serial on my Snyder archbar that I just figured out has an E for 1918. If we could see a shot of this subjects serial we may be able to make a positive ID. Of course I may be totally wrong, so please correct me if I am.
Those figures are usually kind of guestimates based on not reverse-engineering, but just counting back the years in reverse, and remembering one’s alphabet.
But what difference does a year or two matter between fellow members of the CABE!
