Another TOC Mystery Frame ???

I Just got this thinking it was something else and lt's not, DOH!! Anybody see construction you recognize, Trying to solve the mystery, not very attached to it either. Interesting 2 Piece Cranks, long Slender Hanger, and Unique Chain Adjusters. The badge holes are side to side as the vertical ones may be monkey business. ???

very nice frame construction and the filigree work is nice
never seen that sprocket before
should clean up very well in an OA bath and with a Luxlow "Patina restoration"!!!
Is it dark green or black?
but man ... the fork is toast

The correct chain adjusters are on eBay right now for this bike. I think he goes by "My560sec"
