Another western flyer .. need to figure out the year.

Got this yesterday. S # J82458
Any ideas on year ? The morrow rear hub had a wheel polisher on it and run the code off .



Needing a good ,same paint fork leg if anyone has one??
Bike is pretty rough, but found a wheel in the barn with it . So for the price nearly complete .

This is a prewar CWC since it has the dropstand tabs. I think j would be around 1940 off the top of my head

Yep, I didnt see the tabs. Ratina is right, prewar 40-41.

Early CWC springer too. Bike kinda looks familiar...
