I'd guess it to be a late 1980's or 1990's model. I can't tell if it's a five or ten speed, but that's a dead give away. Also, if the pedals are original the 40's and 50's bikes didn't have reflectors in the pedals. The name cruiser is a newer name that I think started in the 1980's.
