Antique wind up Bicycle bell

Does anyone have any knowledge of an antique bicycle bell that uses a push button verses a lever, and you wind the top half of the bell to re-tension it. Sounds a bit like an alarm clock. It's basic bell size and mounts on the bars like most others.
Any info would be appreciated.

I have a bell just like you described on my 1936 Electric.
It sounds like an old school bell or alarm clock.
I like mine and NFS.

Time-frame use: every day I ride it.
I picked mine up at Veteran's Cycle Swap more than 5 years ago.
I don't know how old they are; they are unique at this point and partly why I dig it.

Unfortunately, no flag, just plain.

Does anyone have any advice on how to adjust the striker on these? I have a ND flagg bell and it's been driving me nuts trying to get the right bend on the arm
