Lutes, in my abbreviated search I found that there isn't much info out there about the Rollfast bikes. But, hopefully someone here that knows will come along with the facts.

I'm going to guess the numbers on the fender mean: Middle Weight 26" Rear.
Never seen that stamping before on a fender so purely a guess.
Serial number will be stamped into the frame somewhere as mentioned. Not too familiar with Rollfast bikes of this period, sorry I can't be more help.
