It has a Snyder/Rollfast chain ring, and they had a similar style rear stay as well.

So, is it a custom(?), where somebody cut the 1950's yoke and pushed the stays downward, added a lower truss bar, and added additional yoke and stays?
Or did Snyder build one like that, with a cross between 1930's streamlined and 1960's space features?
