Yes, Davis made some Shapleigh pre-war bicycles.

In frame sizes 20, 22 and 24 inches; (from 1913 & 15?).

Looks like the Davis #9 sprocket was swapped for an aftermarket Wald, (about when the 28" wheels were swapped for 27" racers?).
