Anybody know this little old lady?

Cruisin' on my Bluebird
I'm trying to help a friend identify, and if possible, find the correct badge for this little old bike.
It has 17 1/2" wheels, the chain links are marked "snow" and the saddle's imprinted with a "J".
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

Josephines (at least one variety) were a Sears brand ca. 1900. Check some of the reprint or on-line catalogs and something might turn up.

this is a wonderful piece

thank you for sharing it with the forum

would expect to have cost a pretty penny within the context of the economy of its day

intrigued by the knurling pattern visible on the lug socket edges
at first thought it might indicate that construction was some combination of brazing and crimping

then dawned on me that it is likely a vestige of the lug manufacturing process...
