Anybody recognize this light?

I know I’ve seen it before, but do not remember what it is. I’m thinking Seiss. Thoughts? 1930’s vintage.

I wonder if these are cowl lamps from a car? The lens looks somewhat opaque, like some cowl lamp lenses. With the bracket that holds it sideways like that, it may have been an obvious choice at the time when they made these super low production bikes.

The illustration is slightly different than the one at the Bicycle Museum of America. The lenses in the illustration look like truck marker light lenses- kinda conical and they did come in clear.

The one at the museum is the 2nd version. The ones on that version are Seiss with fluted lenses.
