Finally riding a big boys bike
Bike Peeps,

I'm trying to correctly gear my Westfield Empire w/ ND 2-speed for my early morning climb. I have a 24 tooth ring on the bike now but underdrive is too much for my tired old legs. I see someone's selling NOS 22 tooth Wald rings on ebay, so that's an option. Wondering if anyone's heard of or has available a 20. I have an 18, but that's too low.

Thanks, Bob

I have seen some antique Crescent 19 & 21 tooth chain ring sprockets, but they might not be worth one’s trouble with their two piece cranks.

Also, there may be many more nicer used 22-tooth chain ring sprockets available such as those 22-tooth sweet hearts that Westfield used on ladies Sears Elgin bicycles.

Thanks Folks,

Those 22 tooth Ladies Elgin sprockets sound tasty. I actually have a 22 but it's fried.

Anyone out there have a decent 22?

Cheers, Bob
