Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Think this thing is German or Dutch...no name plates or stickers. Has 28" wheels. Trying to get pedals off. Right one came off easily, threaded like ours, lefty loosy. Left one won't go either way. I'm sure it's rusty tight but I've tried a bit of heat, but not sure if I'm smacking it the right direction. Is it righty loosy like U.S. bikes?

ANY help appreciated....

Mike

European bikes use the same thread direction American bikes do, right pedal is right hand thread, left pedal is left hand thread. If you can remove the left crank arm, put in a substantial bench vise and use your biggest pedal wrench.
