Anyone know the make on my trike

i bought a trike that has no badges and has been spray painted anyone have any thoughts on the maker? Or year? It has a strange rear axle with a third member.

Looks similar to a Worksman Tricycle used by industry to haul supplies and packages around plant sites, though not certain it was made by that company.

Thanks for the response. Since my post I've done a bunch of google images searches and came across a very similar one. Apparently the rear axle is the same as a old Jc penny riding lawnmower haha. I think it's a huffy ultra glide 3spd from what I've found.
