Anyone Know???

Hello Everyone,

I need some educated information on this "kids size" bicycle. It has a large front tube style wheel and a small solid rear wheel. The only markings on the bike are on a couple of the clamps, 1- Jolly, 1-Aurelia. The only other wording is on the front tire which also says Aurelia & made in Italia.
This is just about the neatist little bike I have ever seen. So with that all said anyone have any clues????
