anyone one here make or sell stencils?

I have two Schwinn bikes I want to repaint this summer. Does anyone here make or sell stencils like you find on ebay? Also, are the water transfer decals any good?

Look under services in the classified section there are several people listed that produce water transfers or stickers. I have used Richard in Utah he makes some nice stencils
