Thank you I had initially thought Imperial but I was thrown off by the stand up E it didn't look right to me, as well as the I and M missing!

Any info on who the badged seller of Imperial bicycles was and what areas?

Serial is cool very early overcode convention...

Cool blue color is the lowest of the layers...

Looks like a May of '35 model!
