Anyone recognize this toc fork crown?

    These are the only photos I have. It was too difficult to photograph the chainring, but it was a generic design. I'm hoping someone knows this fork crown. Sadly, a previous owner had parts replated in chrome instead of nickel:

    Oh those parts are also nickel plated right beneath the thin chrome finish, polish them enough and you will get to nickel.
