Anyone want to take a stab at ID'ing this frame

...from a crappy pic, unknown S/N, and no idea if either chainring is correct? I'm guessing the other crank was on the bike when it was "painted." Even IDing the chainrings would be great.

Basically I have the opportunity to buy this mess for $30 and a 20 mile drive. I'm thinking ratty Klunker or winter bike (or both). Opinions and criticism welcome.

I can totally see that now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. For $30, it's hard to imagine regret, but somehow now that I have an idea of what it is, I want it more .

I think it’s worth 30$

Chain ring on the frame is Murray, other is Snyder, neither is correct. Good for $30!
