Are these bars originals for a Scwhinn? little help here.

I've been told these bars are original for a 1938 Schwinn, but I suspect they're repops. Since I'm new into Schiwins, I need a little help from the more experienced Schwinners here. Thanks, Nelson.

I don't think repop has them, but I'm not sure either.
