Arnold Schwinn front brake lever!

I need the bolt that holds the hand lever in place! Hoping to find before i have to drill and tap. No bolts or screws fit the threaded end on the threaded side of the bracket!

What year? The reason I ask is because I match up the screw for the Shorty handle with one I pulled from his old Harley bolts and screws etc.
