AS Packard information needed

Look Ma, No Hands!
Picked up this Arnold Schwinn Packard and would welcome any info anyone can offer on it and Packard bikes in general. It appears all original, Bendix rear hub, Troxel seat with rail and the serial number under crank is: CO7322. Would that put it in the 1930's? Are these Packard bikes rare and please offer your opinions on what is it worth? All comments welcome.
Thanks,
Mike

Not 1930's Looks more like early 1950's I think The serial # puts it at 1952
If it's on the BB it is before 1952 so 46 might be right. a good way to tell is to pull the crank and see what date is on the crank.
But either way it's definitely not Prewar or 1930's.

That's right!

I forgot to ask about the kickstand. It tapers down at the bottom. Although mine was replaced with a later one long ago.

Sorry, here is a picture of the kickstand. Also a few other pics...does anyone know if the red tape on the light looks original and are the pinstriped white wheels original? Any info about how many years Schwinn made Packards? Are there many around?
Thanx
