Ashtabula fork fender mount screw - what size and pitch?

-
Hi all, I tried searching to no avail so thought I'd ask. I need to punch, drill and tap this fork to remount my front fender. What size and thread pitch is the screw that affixes the fender to the fork here at the crown? Thank you!

I’ve done a few with really good results.. The hard part is turning the tap in between the forks.. I made this with a 12” drill bit extension.. Works great..

The area where the bolt goes in is a little concaved so once you drill out the old screw before you use your tap, use like a 1/2” bit and lightly clean out that area.. Don’t go into the fork at all.. Just clean out the old screw that’s still sticking up if there is any..
