Assistance with identification

I’m doing some lettering and striping on this one for a friend. But I am not exactly sure what needs to go on it. Any help from the team of brain trusts is much appreciated.

Paint looks Great!

I wasn’t really sure how he was planning on badging it and the layout he provided me wasn't like original…so I went with some clean ivory pins to dress it up a bit.
