Autocycle handlebars

Are the handlebars on this bike factory with drilled holes for the wiring? I like the wide bars but was wondering if I’m going to need to drill holes if necessary....if I can find a decent pair of handlebars. I have the standard Autocycle bars.

Those are the Torrington SB "SweptBack"
Bars.
They came in 4 different lengths and we're definitely an option on Schwinn deluxe Auto Cycles.
You can occasionally find originals that were drilled for wiring up the speedometer light and horn buttons, but most likely, you'll just have to drill your own.

And to add to what Marty said, the factory holes I've had/seen aren't exactly made with precision. They all look DIY to me.
