B6 or phantom project

Started messing with this blue bad boy. Looks like a B6 or a sad Phantom.

It has the switch on the fender so it has that going for it lol.

Before you ask the serial number starts with a P ... that’s all I have so far.

Ya I am thinking a custom, but for some reason a Schwinn needs to be Schwinn, I don’t know.
