Badge screw broke off just lower than frame!

Just punch it through with a pin punch. If necessary, build up the threads with epoxy

bad place to be...there might be mini extractor kits...check with your local auto parts store

Punch thru the old one, then gently tap a ball bearing in old hole... it will reposition some metal toward center of hole for a screw to grab.
