1950s option brake seen on early Schwinn bikes. I've seen them on early panthers , hornet, suppose you can put it on a phantom or your favorite klunker. Stamped Schwinn on various parts. Even pads say Schwinn and brake pads have tons of life left. You rarely see these and they are set up for a springer fork!!

I don’t know if these still exist, but I’m wondering if I shaved a set of pads if I could use them on a drop center rim bike?
