Barn fresh Ladies Phantom?

My car friend has this ladies Schwinn hanging in his garage he actually got from a barn.
I don't know much about Schwinns, but it might be a Phantom? 1950?
He can't seem to locate the serial number. Too much rust maybe.

He's asking if it's worth restoring it. He's not sure if it's worth it. I think yes.

Might be a good candidate for an OA bath?

Oa bath for sure. Looks like it has painted fenders. So probably not a phantom.

Just a guess,but thinking 53/54 due to early style springer,but standard pitch chainring.check the rear left dropout where the axle nut is.

My guess is a Hollywood. An actual restoration would cost double or more of what it would be worth afterwards. OA and refurbish it. Looks OG and all there so it could use some love.
