Basement bike

This bike has been in my dad‘s basement since the early 1960s. Should I let my husband take it to the dumpster or is it of use to someone?

Looks like a later 30's ladies Snyder(Rollfast). Pretty rough, but I'm sure someone can use some parts.

It is rusted through in one spot, you can see it in the photo.

I’m not sure. One is intact and one broken. You can see the inside of the one on the right in the photo. It sort of looks like a bell, but there is no ringer-type button. They sort of look like some sort of floral motif.

Is it worth anything? Even if not, how can we get it to someone who could use it?

I have the 1939 male verson that started out rough. You could make it beautiful in no time. Or you could send it to me and I would fix it up for you. JimRoy
