Cruisin' on my Bluebird

the "IC" symbol seen on the transfers stands for InterCycle,

explanation of name here:

2

this forum thread gives an idea as to how the machine may have appeared when complete:

pedals and hubs look to be WECO brand from Germany

brakes appear Altenburger brand also from Germany

wheel rims may be Schurman brand

original gear ensemble was likely Shimano with Thunderbird model front mech & Lark model rear mech

current Suntour shift levers represent a change from OEM

cycle looks to date from near to 1970

our forum member @non-fixie is expert on the Dutch production of cycles

he shall be along shortly with far more and better information ;)

Finally riding a big boys bike
That is a Batavus "Champion", which has been one of Batavus' entry level "road" models for a long time. Build and paint quality are excellent, but it is not the lightest. Could be a fun bike for the right owner for the next 300 years or so. ;)

If it were mine, I'd build it up as a long distance tourer, where comfort and amenities are more important than outright speed. Much like @sykerocker 's Magneet Sprint. Similar bike from the same IC stable:
