some interesting Beanson info : apparantly the Beanson Co was still
in business in 1944 in SF on Mission st as I acquired this envelope in a old box of paper in a antique store

The Beanson drop hammer die? i bought off ebay and was found in Pennsylvania in a drop hammer factory (?) that made badges of all sorts according to the listing . It by his description was the headbadge die for their bicycles. I figured @hoofhearted my friend (mr headbadge)Pat could help us out on alittle history on the method by which these badges were made. Chris in San Rafael Ca has some Beanson catalogs.

I am not sure I really want to sell this bike as I have quite a collection started of SF memrobilia but planning on retiring after first of year and returning to live on my yaht and tour the delta. No safe space on salt water for such material in a boat. I would like to find a SF museum/restaurant bike shop etc. which I could comfortably display this collection and bike without worrying they will just sell the stuff. It is displayed in a very nice oak custom built upright 9’ long jewlry style display case. PM me if you have any suggestions. Thanks Jerry
