Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Apprantly these were factory seconds...looking them over it's very hard to understand why?
no damage or flaws that I can see. Made in USA Non Nylon Fluted side white wall prewar
tires with red interior. I cannot positively ID the tread on these...possibly Cordovan?
or Cornell Clipper? not sure... They are very good originals nice enough for a Primo
prewar bicycle and can be ridden. As with many of the "factory second" vintage American
bicycle tires I've seen the mfg name has been 'sanded' off. Not very noticeable at all
where this has happened so the Mfg must not have been very large font.
