Bendix 2 speed red band vs.yellow band

I have one of each a red band 2 speed and a yellow band, what is the difference between the two? Is one more desirable then the other?

I have a few of them & love them. I think that the Red band has brake discs & the Yellow band has brake shoes. I can't say that I love one more than the other. There seems to be a lot of personal preference among people for these two.

red: underdrive, brake discs similar to new departure
yellow: underdrive, brake shoes
blue: overdrive, brake shoes

Most desirable, especially price wise, (mo money) and old school BMX dudes say are much more durable, ( Thought too in 60's before BMX began) is the red.
