Best cheap reproduction Fastback tires 20” S5

Anybody have a recommendation here? I do not see that Kenda offers one in 20” and they’re my usual go to. Wanting traditional looking blackwall tires for a really ratty CG ‘67 I’m building.

EBay is full of either pricey Schwinn reissues, whitewalls or horrible block pattern tread options.

The local bike shop fixed me up with some Primo Comets in 20x1 3/8 (451) size.

They’re pretty nondescript looking and I’m thinking the performance of a light, high pressure tire will be appreciated. On the upper end of what I wanted to spend at $30 each, for this particularly crummy specimen though.

I’ll report back with results.
