Different models had different paint schemes and sometimes Schwinn changed the scheme from one year to the next. The B-6 was the Streamliner with the spear detailing for 1953 and then in 1954 that model name went to the scallop paint scheme and the Rocket Ray light losing the built in fender light, plus the model # was changed to D-16.
I think all that changed sometime in the 50's. Haven't followed that detail much to say exactly when that happened but had to be before the release of the middleweights.
