Bicycle identification Help

I picked up this bicycle over the weekend , I’m assuming Schwinn . The serial number A60427 under the crank housing I’m guessing 1938-1939 ? The bike is badged Lincoln Chicago cycle supply company . I know the fenders , and a slew of other parts are incorrect. I would appreciate any information someone might have .

I think '39s had drop stand ears? Definitely prewar Schwinn, the crank is likely dated on the middle.
