Bicycle information?

I think this is a amc flash bicycle. It looks about the 1970-1980 era. Can someone tell me how to find the serial number and what website I can go to so I can gather information.

Looks mid 60s to me-Possibly Huffy. Look at the left side rear drop out (where the axle is for a number). V/r Shawn

The only number i see is a number on the kickstand mount. What does the steel plate on the front mean it say amc is that a manufacturer

It's a store brand, can't remember which atm.
