It’s gotta be Kansas…nobody was registering their bicycle , with the local P.D. , in N.Y.C. in ‘75…
... and it would probably have N.Y.C. on the plate or tag. Just don't think they'd
delineate the 5 boroughs. Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan.
But I tell ya, I was 8 years old and NYC was a magical place in '75. My Great Aunt
lived in a 4th floor rent controlled apartment on E77th with a short walk to Central
Park since she got off the boat in 1926. We used to get real, off the pig, pork rinds
from the German butcher. I think he had the hots for my Aunt. Blood wurst? They
loved that stuff. I couldn't get past the jelly texture. Blegh. But boy, those pork
skins were artery blockers in a bag! Ah, to be young again. Not doubt this is an
awesome license plate. Kansas or New York. Great piece. GLWTS.
