Bicycle license plate question

I've got this Kalamazoo Michigan license plate (obviously repainted), and it seems to be too large to be a bicycle plate. Is this an authentic vintage plate and about what year would it be from if it is. Thanks.

I've got a Wisconsin plate that's about that size. I'll take a picture when I get home from work.

I've got

bicycle plates that size. It varies wildly between cities because it depends what vendor they got them from. I'm sure it's a repainted original. My guess would be late thirties to early fifties. After that smaller plates were more common, but bigger plates do exist of later years.

They come in all sizes look up South Bend and Phoenix Arizona

I wish mine had a date on it.
I think I'll remove the new paint.
I rather have it look rough than have bad paint job on it.
If anyone comes across an original paint Kalamazoo plate I'd be very interested in purchasing it.

K’zoo is definitely the biggest bike plate I’ve got...almost the size of a motorcycle plate...
