My guess would be around 1894 or 5 no idea on the Makes.

Last bike on the right may possibly be a Keating judging from the curved seat tube. Not sure.

The following website says the Boston Store (painted on fence in background) was founded in 1897 but did not use the name Boston Store until 1900:
