I owned a very large elaborate, luxury apartment building built in 1906. They'd made a post card from a photo, which many places did back then. But, the owner/builder had a horseless carriage just like this. He and another fellow were in the photo in front the building and I'm pretty sure they were wearing the same hats. I thought instantly these two guys are the very same. Probably not, but, the likeness could mean this photo was taken 1906/7.
