Bike I.D. and valuation help needed

Hey all, my friend has three bikes he is looking to sell, and we are wondering about the current value of said bikes.
If you can help him establish a price, that would be very helpful. Also, if you personally have an interest in any of the three let me know.

One is a Schwinn Typhoon that is in real nice condition, looks to be mostly original. The second is a Rollfast. And the third one is the most intriguing; it's a Western Flyer, not sure of the model, but has a nice patina and again, looks pretty original to spec.

First two are pretty obvious, the third bike is a Postwar Monark Built bike, probably a rocket model badged as Western Flyer. Pretty clean.

Any idea on valuation of any of the three, Rob? He was going to try to get $75 for the Rollfast, no idea on the Schwinn or the Western Flyer / Monark rocket model.

The typhoon looks like the one I sold @Danny the schwinn freak over a year ago. The one I sold was in almost NOS condition and I think I sold it to him for 175-200 maybe. Other 2 Not sure on the prices.
