Bike Id Help!!!!

Just got this today can anyone please help identify it. No head badge. Bike is completely stripped of paint.

It's a CWC (Cleveland Welding Co) from around '38 - 41. That number font is unique to them. The chain guard and crankset are probably from something else. CWC used a similar chain ring, but was almost always a skip tooth.

Definitely CWC, could have been badged Roadmaster or several other things. This frame is commonly referred to as a double bar roadster. The serial pegs this one as an early 1937. Late '37 saw the middle two bars spread further apart, but this has the tight spacing of '36 early '37 frames.
