I live for the CABE
Picked these up from the Bowling Green swap meet 2 yrs ago
Are they anything specific?
No stamping other than generic numbers
Arms measure 5 1/2”, and they have “flat sides on the arms
Any info is appreciated

Probably nothing special unfortunately. It appears they bent that out of a mild steel rod and welded the drive pin on. I broke a chrome crank that looked almost like your black one on the first day with a brand new bike back in 1981. It stretched and tore off at the pedal hole. I blamed Wald at the time, but I can't prove it.
 
Found a similar one on the ‘bay
Many of the Chinese ones are like that. The bent construction and the welded on drive pin look the same, but without the flatted sides. Here is a similar one from a Walmart "Next Power Climber" from 2007. In the absence of a positive ID though, I think yours is Wald.
