Boy I’m thinking early Blue repaint , texture and blue was questioning or maybe very hard to find non common Original Blue paint that’s been touched up ( many pictures for you to make best call )
Removed some early Black paint to find this color underneath ( black came off with goof off blue did not )
Looks to be. blue under plunger cap
Where most repainters don’t bother with !! Hmmm
