I believe this is a 1899 Tribune Blue Streak. I am missing the badge and I'm looking for one. Interested in ideas on value though I'm not really looking to sell it at the moment

To me the bike looks early teens Columbia.

1899-1902 Tribunes have different frame details, forks, crank sets, seat binders, chain adjusters, etc. than this one. The Tribune plant in Erie PA closed August 1902 and all operations were moved to Westfield, Mass. If this is a Tribune it is after 1903. This one looks similar to other later (teens/20's?) Tribunes posted on CABE:
