In the 20+ years that I've been collecting bikes plus the fact that Schwinn made plenty of 'em.






I am able to put together a complete bike with original parts
which I found in the tool shed that I had stored a long time ago.

The frame is from a red phantom, chain guard from black phantom. (Forgot to include the tanks which I have.)
The only thing I'll be buying are the tire tubes... I'm calling it my “Schwinnkenstein creation" Erector kit!

The availability of parts, is the reason why I say,

Now, to just find that pesky little Aluminium Delta Torpedo light, and the 37-39 Fore Brake kit. Uggh!

Those were all sold out at the Toys Were Us locally - before they closed down... I'll have to watch that store where old stock gets sold.

statement to a specific one with regards to your quest!

Unfortunately, that example is a six rib E/A Aluminium torpedo light.
Close, but no cigar.
The one I'm looking for is the,
Single post Aluminium Delta, front load torpedo light.

Very similar to the E/A light that you posted earlier, but not the correct model spec'd by AS&Co. on the 1938 BC117.
There's a reason that light has been on the market for months without any action.
It's the wrong light, it's thrashed, and it's priced like it's not.
Thanks for your efforts though.
