This is a 1950's boys Tank. It is very nice..a couple of easy fix dents..no serious rust. I don't know what bike it's from but I thought it might fit a DX..I don't own a DX so I never checked. It is 21.5 inches long and about 4" deep at the deepest..85.00 plus shipping

Nice tank! Thinking it's Huffy. Possibly a 50's Customliner tank.

Since it doesn't say "Huffy" on it, it might be pre-53 (a guess because of the name change to Huffy in 53), or maybe a private label bike.
Most of the 26 tanks are huge and different looking compared to this, but here is a 26 with a similar tank to yours:

Does it enclose the top tube entirely? If so probably 24.
