Well worn oil cloth seat.
Fellow caber pointed out repair on rail between mounting clamp and spring.
Thanks for pointing it out, I never noticed before.
$85 shipped CONTUS.

I would welcome comments on brand and era for others to see.
This one was on a prewar bike I received. Not sure if it was original to bike.

I have that exact seat on my 1942 Pacemaker. That one looks remarkably like the one that was on my bike when I found it but I upgraded to a nicer one of the same seat. The oil cloth doesn't age that well.
